Refund Policy
At Narré Studio, we are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality creative and digital services tailored to each client’s needs. Because our services often involve customized work, time, and creative resources, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Deposits and Initial Payments
Any deposit, retainer, or initial payment required to begin a project is non-refundable once Narré Studio has commenced work on the project. This payment reserves your project time and covers work, planning, research, strategy, and other resources allocated to your project.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, you may be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, in addition to any non-refundable deposit or expenses already incurred.
If a project is canceled before work begins, Narré Studio may, at its discretion, issue a partial or full refund of amounts paid, less any applicable administrative fees or expenses already incurred.
Digital Products
All purchases of digital products, including templates, downloadable resources, graphics, and other digital files, are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds will generally not be provided due to a change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to use the product.
Services and Client Satisfaction
Narré Studio will make reasonable efforts to deliver services in accordance with the agreed project scope. If you have concerns about a deliverable, please contact us promptly so we can discuss the issue and determine whether a correction or other reasonable solution is appropriate.
Requests for revisions must remain within the scope and number of revisions agreed upon in your project proposal, contract, or service agreement. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Exceptions
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a refund is legally required, Narré Studio will comply with applicable law.
Any refund or credit offered outside of the circumstances described in this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar circumstances.
